What's the difference between power washing and soft washing?
Power washing uses high pressure to blast dirt off hard surfaces like concrete driveways and parking lots. Soft washing uses low pressure plus cleaning solutions to kill algae and mildew at the root — it's what we use on siding, roofs, and anything that high pressure could damage. Choosing the right one for each surface is most of the job.
Will pressure washing damage my siding or roof?
Not when it's done correctly. That's exactly why we soft wash siding, stucco, brick, and shingles instead of blasting them. High pressure on a roof can strip granules off shingles and void warranties — we don't do that.
Are you insured?
Yes — fully insured on every job, residential and commercial. Happy to provide proof of insurance before we start.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the property, the surfaces involved, and how much buildup there is. That's why estimates are free and there's no obligation — we'd rather look at the actual property than guess over the phone.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily, as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and an outdoor water spigot. Many customers prefer to be there for the final walkthrough, and that's welcome too.
How should I prepare?
Close windows and doors, move vehicles and patio furniture clear of the work area, and let us know about any damaged siding, open vents, or delicate landscaping. We'll cover the rest when we confirm the appointment.
