Why we soft wash siding instead of blasting it
High pressure is the wrong tool for a house. It can drive water behind siding, strip paint, etch soft surfaces and still leave the root of the algae behind, so the green comes back quickly.
Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills algae and mildew where they grow, then rinses them away. It's slower to set up than grabbing a pressure washer, and it's the reason the results last.

Common questions
How often should a house be washed?
It depends on shade, trees and which way each wall faces. The north side and anything under trees goes green first. Many homes look their best with a wash every year or two, and we'll tell you honestly if yours doesn't need it yet.
Will it damage my siding or paint?
Not with soft washing. That's the whole point of using low pressure on siding — nothing is being blasted off the wall, so the paint, the seals and the siding itself stay put.
Do you need anything from me on the day?
Access to the walls being cleaned and an outdoor water spigot. Close the windows, move cars and patio furniture clear of the house, and point out anything delicate or already damaged.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily, as long as we can reach the areas being cleaned and the spigot. Plenty of customers like to be there for the final walkthrough, and that's welcome too.
